From the age of 13, I enjoyed watching "OG" You-tubers like: Zoella, Bethany Mota, Tyler Oakley, Alfie Deyes. This sparked my interest in the beauty, fashion and lifestyle world where I started making YouTube videos from age 16 to 19. It taught me about video editing, personal branding, understanding my audience, content ideation, ad monetisation and lots more. I moved onto Instagram content creation when I was 20 during COVID-19 and since then I have been seeking out opportunities to do with social media, events, influencer marketing and content creation.

From the start of first year as an adobe novice, to unleashing my creativity in second year with bold colours and tone of voice to finally finding my own style and love for CAD in final year. It's been a crazy journey, however after attending several CAD support in first and second year, to feeling more confident in my own skills in final year by being resourceful and testing out new ideas on my own through online tutorials and inspiration. I feel as though I've grown as a designer, and I am confident in my CAD skills I've learnt throughout my time on FMB to be able to use them after graduation and beyond.

After experiencing my own incident, in the second term of second year near NTU campus, I suffered with great anxiety and depression meaning I had to have time out. Since returning to my final year at university, I decided to turn a horrific and traumatic experience into a lesson, and reflecting on the year, it made me want to help other women at NTU as much as I could. I applied to be social secretary for the Women's Welfare Society which focuses on women empowerment, friendships and forming connections. After being successful, I have helped organise events like Relaxing Yoga Session, Candle Painting Collaboration with Art by Kerdisha, and Christmas Dinner as well as participating the society in Girls Night In for NTSU by attending out stall and creating a GIAG craft corner for potential new members. Moreover, being in the society as part of committe has allowed me to network with the girls on committee as well as having the confidence to meet, support and become friends with all the members. In particular, I was able to be apart of a focus group for a member's primary research which allowed me to further my network with the other focus group participants.
